Chemical Deep Clean
This is an intensified chemical treatment to all surfaces in the washroom as well as areas not accessible to the daily cleaner e.g. Under the flush rim, into the waste out let pipe, water traps etc. thus reducing malodour, unsightly stains and bacterial growth thereby creating a healthier washroom environment. This service can be scheduled monthly or according to one’s individual need.
Sanitizer Dispensers
This unit is mounted onto the wall above the toilet cistern or urinal and is plumbed into the water supply pipe. It dispensers a chemical into the bowl with every flush thereby sanitising and disinfecting with each flush. This also inhibits bacterial growth and reduces the build-up of lime scale in between deep clean treatments. The units are serviced and maintained on a monthly basis.
Sanitary Disposal Bin
A hygienic and convenient method of disposing sanitary waste thereby increasing hygiene protection in the washroom. Bactericide placed within the bin helps reduce bacterial growth. They have either a manual or automatic operating mechanism for extra protection and complete user confidence. This service involves removal of sanitary waste on a monthly basis.
Hand Driers
A cost effective hand drying system offering a hygienic alternative to the paper towel. The dryer is installed and maintained by our staff.
Paper Towel Dispensers
Hand drying paper towel dispenser for smaller, low traffic areas. Services are scheduled monthly or according to one’s individual need.
Air Fresh Dispensers
An air freshening system, which is ideal for washrooms, changing rooms, reception areas and meeting rooms. It combats stale a n d unpleasant odours creating a powerful and effective round the clock fresh environment. It allows for fragrance intensity using spray settings to suit your odour control needs. The units are serviced and maintained on a monthly basis.
Soap Dispensers
Hand sanitising system containing a sealed sachet of high quality soap thereby reduces the risk of cross infection in the washroom area as well as the workplace. The units are serviced and maintained on a monthly basis.
Seat Wipe Dispensers
Disinfectant wipes will help reduce cross infection in shared contact surfaces helping to create a healthier working environment. The units are serviced and maintained on a monthly basis.

I have 24 years of experience within this particular service industry and have interacted and assisted customers on various levels from service, to accounts, branch admin management as well as Client Relations Management which entailed developing of client relationships and ensuring that the highest quality of Service delivery is provided to my clients.

Due to my extensive experience I have gained the ability to identify gaps in Service Delivery and therefore my business will be about a clear focus of reducing or eliminating these Service delivery gaps. My mission is to close the gaps of poor quality, lack of client contact a n d prompt service delivery. Whilst in the developing stage of my business venture one of the means in which I am going to gain market share is through referrals from existing clients. The referrals will materialize if I exceed my existing clients’ expectations with regards to Service Delivery.
